View Users Shopping Cart/Add hidden info

It would be nice to view a users shopping cart after they create an account but don't purchase yet or to know if an accounts shopping cart has something in it or has changed recently. It would also be nice to have some additional fields in the admin order area to put comments the customer cannot see.

It would also be nice to have a setting on the whos_online to be able to enable an auto refresh for a certain amount of time.

It would also be nice to be able to turn on/off the comments in the html.

Anything to make the page show up faster and use less bandwidth.
