Help 1016 Can't open file: 'zen_whos_online.MYI' (errno: 145)

1016 Can't open file: 'zen_whos_online.MYI' (errno: 145) What does this mean and how do I get the database to work again???

This is usually caused by either a MySQL crash or running out of diskspace on the MySQL server ...

Try going into phpMyAdmin and locate your database ...

Check the checkbox next to the whos_online table ...

At the bottom of the screen is a dropdown ... set to Repair ...

See if this fixes this issue ...

Also, contact your hosting site to see what might have happened ...

I have the same error #145, (Table - zen_whos_online). Unable to choose repair, the table is marked "in use".
Should I choose "Flush the Table" under operations?

Contact your hosting provider and have them check what is going on with your database ...
