Using the gift certificate as the main payment

Hello,

Almost all of my clients are return customer, I want to enforce them to use the gift certifcate so that I can reduce the fees.
The idear is, for certain product such as less than $10,

1. Only accept gift certificate as a payment
2. If the buyer want to pay by other method, the price will increase by adding $1.

Is this possible? If 1) is possible that will be good enough.

Anythings possible ... just have to re-write the code to alter the price and some how explain to the customer why a Gift Certificate bought with Cash or given away and is still "cash" is considered better or cheaper to purchase some products ...

But, regardless ... this can always be coded to adjust the price accordingly ... just need to put on your coder hat ... :smartass:

Or, come up with some $$$ for someone to customize the code for you ...
