editing the closure in the welcome email?

Hi,
I've set my cart up inside a frameset so I can keep my graphic navigation to the left, so to get to my cart, I want people to go to http://www.mysite.com/shop.html, but in the email, the $EMAIL_CLOSURE is giving me http://www.mysite.com/cart/ and I'd like to change it to the shop.html address. Where do I do this?
