additional notes

I'd like to make notes if a registered customer asks me to telephone back or to look something up for him etc. Now I can only make a note if he has already ordered something.

Do you have a lot of people register that haven yet purchased? I just looked in my database and they are far and few between.

Normally I use a yellow legal pad for this.
Just a thought.
