Featured Product (how to take out the 's')

I am near to going live. On my main page I have just one featured product (it is a largish jpeg).

The default wording above the jpeg is 'Featured Products', which is not what I want because I only have one product there. How do I take out the 's' at the end of 'Products'?

I read this in the Wiki

HEADING_TITLE 'Featured Products' Edit language file featured_products.php near line 24 in the directory includes\languages\english\YOUR_TEMPLATE

but it was for an earlier version of zen-cart and I need a comforting helper to tell me it is ok to change the wording, and where to change it in 1.3.7, before I do anything.

I need careful guidance: assume nothing about my level of competence.

I believe most of these things are defined in includes/languages/english.php

Open that file in a text editor and search for "featured" and edit what you find. Upload it to replace the same file in the same place on your server and see if that does it.

To make it easy to revert, make a copy of the file before changing it. Name the copy something like "english.php.bup" or whatever suits your fancy. If your changes don't work, delete your changed file and rename the .bup file to "english.php".
