"Show Quantity in Shopping Cart"

"Show Quantity in Shopping Cart"
You can turn this on/off in Catalog--->Product Types--->Product-General--->Edit Layout.

However, it only affects the product pages, not the product listing page. Can it be done on the product listing page?

Re: "Show Quantity in Shopping Cart"

Might peek in the Configuration ... Product Listing ...

0 = OFF and any other value is the sort order of the columns ...

Either I don't know what you mean, or you're thinking of something else.

I can't find anything in Configuration--->Product Listing that displays the current cart quantities like the product pages will do.

How about an URL to the page that you think you are looking at?
