Coupon administrator will not let us into Inactive Coupons

Coupon administrator will not let us into Inactive Coupons past the 1st page. it kicks us back to active coupons. We are trying to setup a new coupon but it says it already exists. I believe it is in the inactive area.

Once a Discount Coupon is deactivated it cannot be reactivated ...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Are you having an issue on the navigation of the Inactivated Coupons from one page to the next?

Here is the version Zen Cart 1.2.7
And yes that is the problem I can not go to the next page inactivated coupons.

I know that this is all working well in v1.3.7 ... :smile:

I forget off the top of my head which MAXIMUM constant is used for that version in:
/admin/coupon_admin.php

Check that file and in the Maximum Values settings see if you can set that higher so they all show on 1 page ...

I'm sorry I do not see any were on that file were to edit the max values.

Edit the file:
/admin/coupon_admin.php

Search the file for:
display_count

There should be two lines with this ...

On those lines there should be a reference to a constant for:
MAX_DISPLAY_SEARCH_RESULTS

Or another constant that starts with that text ...

What do you see in your file?

Please see the string below.

Go look in the Configuration ... GV Coupons ...

Maximum Discount Coupons Per Page
Number of Discount Coupons to list per Page

Change that to a higher value and see if you can see your Invalid Coupon that you are looking for ...

Glad that the temporary solution could work for you ...

When you get to v1.3.7 this has been fixed and in the next release ... so has the issue with the Active icon I just found while testing this for you ... :cool:
