Copyright Images - Watermark Logo not showing!

I am using Version 1.3.7, which was just upgraded!

The Copyright Logo on the photos is not there....the Watermark image.. I replaced the watermark photos in the images files (small,medium & large) and it's still not showing.
in the Admin>Images...it is set to Yes.
Why isn't it showing?
I need to protect my images and descriptions!!!

I looked in the forum for answers and found none that relate to this issue!

Alos, I noticed from my Sitemeter, that many customers stopped at page 5, they did not know they need to click the (next) button for the other set of 5 pages, I know it is silly not to know that, but still I might be loosing sales because of this...
Can I change that so that all the page numbers show instead of them having to click next to go to the next 5 pages?

Do you have access to your admin? You can check under CONFIGURATION->IMAGES and see that the watermarking has been turned on. It's near the bottom of the list.

Did you upload the watermark images as .png files?

And named like this?

AFO = Yes, the Configuration>Images (IH watermark large images -is set to YES)

JETTRUE = Yes.. they are in png..and the same names and placement..just like they were before th upgrade which was working then.

Don't know if this would work, but you could try going to:

Tools, Image Handler2, then click on the "admin" portion of ImageHandler, and click "Clear image cache".

just did that and still doesn't work.

Try the stock watermark image for me in your images/watermark.png (or images/large/watermark_LRG.png) just to see if that makes a difference.

Well, then the only other option is that the person who upgraded to 1.3.7 for you, didn't make the changes to some files. ImageHandler is NOT a stock part of zen cart, imagehandler is added on.

You need to make sure that all of the files for image handler have been merged with any changes in 1.3.7. I would contact the person who updated your site, it seems something was done incorrectly. Since image handler seems to be working in most other ways, it may have something to do with these files (at least that's where I'd look first):

includes/modules/main_product_image.php
includes/modules/pages/popup_image/header_php.php

The weird thing is that IH2 is working perfectly except for the watermarks. The hover is fine and the larger image is fine.

Yeah, that's why I suggested to look at those files first. I haven't studied the code for IH2 much, but I'm thinking that since those files tell (I assume) zen cart where to find the photos, and if its telling them to look in the wrong place, then the images wouldn't have the watermarks? Since IH2 is working otherwise, I would think that most of the IH2 files have been updated correctly. Somewhere there is a disconnect.

Have you got the GD library/Imagemagik installed on your server,as I have this mod part working on my localhost but without these installed and it is working just as you are suggesting. no watermarks? Check on Tools > Server Info

Hi, I'm facing a similar problem in that both the small and medium watermark images are displaying as they should but not the large watermark. I have looked into the 2 files that jettrue had mentioned but can't quite see where the problem is. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It is rather urgent that I show the large watermark asap as I found someone had been hijacking my images. TIA.

Managed to resolve the non-display issue. It was because some files from the Zen Lightbox mod. were not updated.

For those who may have installed both IH2 and Zen Light Mod. You have to use the updated Zen Lightbox mod which has incorporated some codings for IH2. Hope this helps.

Have you tried removing IH2 and re-insatlling it, after that clear the cache.
That worked for me!
