Probably a stupid question but how do i back up database?

I've got a message saying files need to be cleared in admin. It says I need to back up database first. How do i do that?

Sorry, I'm new to this!

Thanks!

I'm no expert but I use phpMyBackupPro you can get it here:

http://www.phpmybackuppro.net/

Can be done from a browser.
I set it up and read through the docs not to hard for a novice like me. Been backing up ever since with no problem.

Hope this help?

You can also look in the Downloads at the top of your screen and look in the Admin Tools ...

We created the Backup MySQL as a plug-n-play ... that will appear in your Admin ... Tools ... menu

It works with about 98% of all servers ... and makes fast, compact backup files for you ...

You can keep a copy on the server as well as download it to your computer for safe keeping ...
