Potential Fraudulent Order

We received this message after our very first customer checked out:

Potential Fraudulent Order - Action Required This alert occurs because the "Approval Code" below does not contain the expected YY response.

Doesn't seem to make sense because everything was Approved.
Does this mean anything? Is something wrong or not set-up correctly?

Linkpoint.
The only other payment method enabled/installed is check/money order.

Re: Potential Fraudulent Order

That is how it is configured ...

Your actions are up to you ...

Read their site on how to set constraints and the breakdown of those codes ...

Re: Potential Fraudulent Order

Will do- thanks.
I actually called Linkpoint first, but they said since the message came from Zencart, and not them, that they couldn't help me. I believe the facts are that, although the message did come from the cart, the verfication notice/warning came from them. I'll see what I can find out.

Re: Potential Fraudulent Order

We are just reporting their response codes ... we do not make up the codes they do ...

Perhaps give them another call and talk to someone a little more ... umm ... savvy shall we say?

Believe me, I've NEVER felt that way about Zencart support. I was referencing support/helpdesk for commercial products- things we do actually PAY for, and consequently should expect more from.

I don't know how you guys do it, and am amazed at the speed and accuracy of the replies I've always gotten to my problems and concerns. I'm encouraging the owner of our business to, as soon as he feels we're able to, make a contribution. Admittedly, it's already WAY overdue. Everyday I work with zencart, I'm more impressed by it.
