Where can I find original Countries List?

I deleted all but the USA from my countries and zones. And guess what...now I want some of them back. I have downloaded a copy of the latest version of zencart and unzipped it. Now where can I find the list of Countries with their ISO codes and countries with their zones, so that I can add them back?
