Silly question... Page refresh

When refreshing a page whilst viewing my shop (and other sites running Zen Cart), I'm always taken back to the top of the page... why is this? :huh:

Every other site I visit, if I'm scrolled down the page and refresh, I'm taken back to the same point I had scrolled down to.

Localhost install only atm...

But its the same with any Zen Cart... take this site from the showcase for example: http://www.tcustomgolf.com/

Scroll down the page, then refresh. See what I mean?

With the url that you provided in FF NS opera it resolves back to the top in IE it resolves to the same location...as you are currently local and this seems to be browser related I would not concern myself with it as I do not believe that this is within the Zen Cart code in any manner
