Confirm order button sends you back to the start

Hi all,

I have set up the Paypal Express Checkout module in my zencart installation but it isn't working.

When I try and place an order with PEC set as the payment option once i get to "Step 3 of 3" and click the "Confirm Order" button I am end up back on the "Step 1 of 3" page. No order is placed.

Can somebody please advise as to what might be going wrong?

Is this on a fresh v1.3.7 install, or was this an upgrade from a prior version? What procedure was followed to do the upgrade?
What mods/contributions are installed on your site ?

This was a fresh v1.3.7 install and there are no mods installed, the only difference from the original install besides the graphics is new input fields in the "add product" page with associated space in the database.

You might want to try adding the Patch and see if this helps:
