Urgent help Required- category Panel Size

Hello,
I have loads of categories on my website which doesn't look good on the homepage. So, I wanted to reduce the number of categories displayed in the Left category panel. Please help me with this as it is really urgent.

You would need to re-group these into logical groups as sub-categories

I am not familiar enough with the product lines to be able to suggest possible grouping.

You have created all of these individual categories and they are displaying as you created them. You need to determine a better gouping schema to reduce the number of top level categories to address the issue in your first posting on this
