I receive this error message on the last page after submitting my order:

Warning: main(includes/modules/checkout_process.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pageall/public_html/order/includes/modules/pages/checkout_process/header_php.php on line 14

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/modules/checkout_process.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/pageall/public_html/order/includes/modules/pages/checkout_process/header_php.php on line 14

What can I do to correct it?

first place to look is pretty straightforward... the error message is telling you clearly that the file includes/modules/checkout_process.php cannot be opened - check that it is actually there and that its permissions are set so it can be read
