E-check in PayPal issue ~

So, does the PayPal Session viewer work for ZC 1.3.7 also? Frankly, I may encourage customers not to use e-check since it is this that was the problem on my site yesterday. Once I had my tester use a CC, it all worked like a charm.

Yes, I did the PPexpress patch -- it changed nothing. So, how hard would it be for me to put the e-check option into the database? I presume this would correct the domino-problems.

Thanks,

Cheryl

Re: E-check in PayPal issue ~

If your customers are paying via Express Checkout and selecting eCheck to fund their transaction, the order should be recorded properly.

If it's not, then a review of your PayPal Debug Logs will be necessary (but they need to be turned on before the transaction is made).

The patch posted today may be of help:

Re: E-check in PayPal issue ~

The transaction error is using the IPN module. I did turn on the debug logs and so I have the info if someone wants to look at it.

I can apply for a new API from PayPal and turn on the Express checkout. I shall do that today and test it. Could be using Express rather than IPN is the best option here.

Thanks,

Cheryl
