Group pricing per item

I've been searching around the zen cart pages and the forum looking for a group pricing mod that would:

• allow more than four different groups
• Allow prices to be set per product for each group (1 - N groups)
• Allow for setting prices, not % - discounts ( group discount module) and again, per item

Does this exist?:unsure:

Another (ugly hack ) solution to my problem would be to limit the visibility of products per user group. Then I could add the same product many times with different prices and set the visibility only to the groups I wanted... Possible? :down:

Example:
Product A has a base price of $10,
product B has a base price of $20

Users in Group X gets product A for $8, product B for $19
Users in Group Y gets product A for $7, product B for $20 (normal price)
Users in Group Z gets product A for $6, product B for $12
and so on..

There is a contributed patch that will allow you to do this. It is, however, for ZenCart version 1.3.0 which has some security flaws according to SANS. I have tried to apply this patch to v 1.3.7 with no luck. The patch can be found at:

If you can get this to work on v 1.3.7, I would love to know.

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear enough.
I'm aware of the group pricing module with groups from A to D (which may suit the purpose of some people, from my point of view it's just thought only half way through) , therefore I specifically stated the need for a pricing mod that would:

• allow more than four different groups

I also have the same problem with pricings,
i want to make it posible to have a group discounts based on categories, so once when i select category admin that every category have discount of it's own per group.

somebody hava a answer?

i also extracted this price per group discount patch and installed it on my cart manualy, extracted filles will be in downloads soon i hope, think it's match more easier to install it this way!

anyway it's quite good module, and instead on categories it has discount on products, it's cool, but it's only 4 groups.
and there is no percentage discount on groups, maybe somebody knows how to change that you dont need to calculate the price for group A or group B, instead you just enter percentage discount for certain group?
