Can the tag line be marquee'd?

https://www.gemworld.tv/shop is the site I am still working on! I wanted to put a scrolling marquee in there but not sure if I can? I found some great java scrit marquee's but no idea how I could add them!

Any thoughts?

My first thought is "don't bump your thread".

If you have a program like Photoshop or PaintShopPro that allows you to create animated gifs, you could probably use one of those for a marquee. The javascript would make it easier to change the content, tho. I'm not sure how you would incorporate it. There are some documents on javascript included in the download, but I'm not sure it they're what you're looking for. Where would you want the marquee to appear?

Thanks for the reply. The place I would like the marque text is where the tag lin currently is where it says the shopping channel on the high street.

I figured that's probably where you wanted it. It would be a very cool effect. Let me poke around a bit and see if I come up with any ideas. No promises. One of the other Zenners might have a bright idea, tho.

I did some research and yes you can get a marquee effect with a combination of javascript and CSS. I'm playing around with it right now and if I get it working I'll post back the results.
