Payment options based on order value (and zones of course)
Would be cool if payment options could also be controlled by order values.
For example, let's say that you have payment module A set for zone X.
However, you only want payment module A to be triggered for order values from $0.00 - $1,000.00.
Payment B module might be for order values from $500.00 - $10,000.00
What I mean is that for big orders, you might only want Bank Wire as your payment option (within the approved zones), that sort of thing
