Re: Moving from one server to another

Do you know what would cause all communication that is sent, including emails from the contact page to be sent in one long sentence. For example, instead of nicely formatted email we used to get we get something like this.

Re: Moving from one server to another

Does anyone know what aspects of the store determine the format of ALL email that is sent out by the store?

Since the move of the store from one server to another, all emails sent by the store have absolutely no formatting. Even something sent through the contact form has no formatting. Here is a sample of what the contact form respone looks like.

From: Kim Huff e-mail: [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------ This is a test of how the email system is working. This should not look like it was all printed out with no formatting. Thank you in advance,

Thank you in advance,

I don't if this will help, but I have a similar issue.. I am using outlook express to receive emails, have 4 different identities set-up, 3 Identities will receive nicely formatted emails, one will receive lousy text message which is centered..
