PRODUCT_ALL_LIST_PRICE and other constants

Where are they defined?
I have search all the files for PRODUCT_ALL_LIST_PRICE but I cannot figure out where and how it is defined.

I am beginning to understand a little about it.

PRODUCT_ALL_LIST_PRICE is stored in the database table "configuration" as a configuration key.

But where are these constants loaded into the code? and is it all the constants in configuration which is loaded.

The same question applies to the constants defined in product_type_layout

The whole of the configuration table is loaded when the screen draws automatically so all configuration_keys are defined ...
