Strange DB error (Intermittent) with 1.3.37

After upgrading as previouly described from 1.2.25, we have seen this extermely intermittent DB error pop of here and there

1062 Duplicate entry 'zc_cc21d2f64edffccfe06d12dd3327bf64' for key 1
in:
[db_cache table]

Anyone have any idea?

The cache table, specifically. It's used to store temporary session information, meaning that nothing sensitive would be lost if you cleaned it out. The worst thing that could happen would be that your customers who are currently logged in would get logged out, that's about it.

Open your Zen cart DB using phpyAdmin, navigate to the db_cache table, then empty the table. Don't delete the table itself, just remove the entries in it.

You could also get more surgical about it, and just remove the offending cache line. 'zc_cc21d2f64edffccfe06d12dd3327bf64' will be located in the field called "cache_entry_name"
