Quantity of Items Added to Cart/Editing Quantity in Cart

When I was first messing around with the cart, I believe I somehow turned off the ability to add multiple items at a time to your cart (instead of having to repeatedly hit "add to cart") and the ability to modify how many of the product is in the cart. The form fields just aren't there to fill out.

Note that I'm not referring to Quantity In Stock. Rather, this for if a customer, for example, wants to buy five bottles of the same item. I've looked all over the place in the admin to try to find where I might turn this back on to no avail. It doesn't seem to be covered under Catalog > Product Types > Product-General > Edit Layout. I'm starting to worry that perhaps I edited a template somewhere. Our Go Live date is tomorrow and I'm freaking out. Please help!

I found it! I just had to edit the product itself. I'm sorry to have wasted anyone's time.
