Template files - description?

Is there an overview about the template files (like on phpBB)?

such as

tpl_account_default.php
This is for the content blabla
Screenshot: here

tpl_account_edit_default.php
This is for the content blabla
Screenshot: here

and so on.

If -pleas tell me, if not: would be extremely helpful.

No, but I made a list of the basic files you need to create your own template.

To create a very basic custom template (you can build from there), you need:

  • includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php
  • includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/index.php
  • includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php (to change the logo)
  • includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/template_info.php
  • includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php
  • includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images/logo.gif
  • includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/stylesheet.css
    Any where you see a /classic/ folder, you can create a folder for your custom template.

No, thank you - that's not what i need...

The goal: To create a detailed documentation on zen-cart.at

I could generate it with phpDoc but without a description from the developers - they should already know them and it would be faster than "search-and-try-to-see".

OK - the name of the files says a little bit about where it be used, but not enough for a detailed documentation.

Would be a nice support from you to zen-cart.at...

A direct answer to your question would be No.

Although many attempts have been made and one can find various information in the Forum and the Tutorials/FAQ, no one has yet done what you ask.

looool -sure - I support the german community and must buy a book - good idea!

Sorry - we have enough work to support Zen Cart German Community and I was in hope, to get a little bit more support - but with the "always less Support" from the zen-cart.com developers it's still more than heavy.

Thought it turns better.

There's the manual. There's the ongoing wiki project. There's the tutorials/FAQ and the forums. I'm really not sure how much else there can be at this point.
