Edit Orders module for V1.3.7 ~ Will it work with V1.3.6

Im trying to determine if the new "Edit Orders" module for ZenCart V1.3.7 (available in Downloads/Admin) will work with ZenCart V1.3.6.

The description dies not mention if it is downward compatible.

Can anyone help?
