own shipping calculation

i have question

Q1-how can i use my own shipping calculation with zencart?

Q2-i have 2 ways for shipping method(flat rate & perweight), but i don't want buyer choose the shipping method...i want shipping method assign automaticly...

Q3-how can i convert lbs to gram in weight view

Q2 - are you talking about a flat rate up to a certain weight and then by weight beyond that? If so, you can use the Table rate.

Q3 - I'm fairly sure that's answered in the tutorials/FAQs but will be under lbs to kgs. Same deal, as it's just a label.

flat rate for certain product.....example shoe, i got fix shipping cost for 1 pair, so i want it automaticly assign for the product and buyer cannot choose the shipping method

The weight is just a label - lbs, kg, gms, elephants ...doesn't matter. The calculations are the same.

Are you showing your customers how many you have in stock? If not, then just use the high figure. If you are, then I think you'd need some coding where I guess you'd set up something like IF the stock level is >99999 print Unlimited Stock instead of the actual number. That's the logic - I'm not a programmer.
