Table Rate Shipping with more options

I need to set up table rate shipping with a sliding scale of shipping charges according to order weight. This is easy. But I also need a seperate table rate for next day shipping also with a sliding scale. Any idea how I do this?

Clone the table module - I can't remember where exactly, but there are instructions somewhere in the forum that you should be able to locate through the search facility.

Decided to use MZMT and that worked a treat
