pay by invoice if county=x

Hi,
I know there is the invoice contribution, but this is assigned to price groups...

I would like to give people from one country (zone) to pay by invoice (also new customers)

How can I do it?

Use the cheque/money order module and change the text.

RonnyB, I updated the files you provided so

the invoice fee is now shown with tax
an invoice fee notice is given as is done for the COD payment option

and checked the files for 1.3.7. Posted here (with Swedish language files).
