css modification for background "IMAGE"

Hi Gang ! me again ! lol

Ok got the hang of my other site no problem trying to be a bit more adventurous on the next this is the css from the new site https://www.holisticangelsshop.com . Ok I have tried to put the chakra.gif image behind the site as a background but its not working.

I originally wanted the image where the writing was to see how it looked.

So can you tell me three things -

1. The bit above the logo is in grey what do I change to make this an image ?
2. What do I need to put and where to make the image ( chakra.gif ) in the centre column and to see if I prefer it
3. How to I make the image file ( chakra.gif ) appear as a background - where it is white at the moment.

I have inserted the image somewhere as you can see the image through the transparency on the column boxes - which actually looks quite nice ! by mistake !!

Would one of you be gorgeous and edit the file below so I can literally copy and paste it in - before I muck it up !

Ok managed to sus the background this out .... its just the grey line at the top I cant find to change

The gray bar is #navMainWrapper. You can change that to transparent, or give it a background image too.

Just one last thin ( or three actually )

1. On the side boxes you will see the Review on the left and the right Who's online boxes the writing is in white and I need it to blue the same if you highligh the box you will see what I mean- what is the css code for these

2. Also the Welcome guest "log yourself in" I need the colour changed as it gets lost in the background - what is the css code for this also

3. And the last thing - I was going to do this with my other site but decided to delete the boxes entirely as I couldn't work out how to do it ... the side box where it says Page 2,3,4 I want to change these headings - where do I change these ?
