New Install URL changes and Blank pages - Help Please!

Aanii and Good Morning to you.

This is my first Zen Cart install. I installed fine and then when it said to click to see store I clicked the button and the page was blank. I looked at the URL and it read: http://www.thecompleatblogger.com/zc/zc_install/index.php

The URL I typed in was:
http://www.thecompleatblogger.com/zc/index.php

so the URL changed itself and gives me a blank page.

Then I went to the admin page. I typed the URL like this:

http://www.thecompleatblogger.com/zc/admin/index.php and it is also a blank page.

Can you please help me solve this so I can get my store up!

I have read the FAQ's and checked the article that is about the blank page after install. I did what it said at the top and middle of the article however I don't understand the rest of what the article is talking about.

So, a newbie I am at zen cart.

PS as I read this in the preview post I notice that my first URL is not listed correctly. I'm not sure if that matters or not. The URL is correct up to

/zc...tall/

it should be /zc_install/

You clearly do not have the correct path to your install.

ftp up or log into your control panner and see what the folder name is.
