Change category listing number per page

Hello, the default number is 10. How can I change it to 20 per page.

If you peek in the Configuration ... Maximum Values ... there are many settings for all of the listings ...

If you mean the Catalog Product Listing from the Categories sidebox ... you would change:

Products Listing- Number Per Page
Maximum Number of Products to list per page on main page

If you mean the Product Listing in the Admin you would change:

Maximum Categories Products Display List
Number of products to list per screen
