Google Checkout

I downloaded the google checkout module for Zen Cart. I uploaded it to my files section for my web site. I do not see an option in my admin/modules to turn on the Google checkout. What might I have done wrong?

I uploaded the files into my custom folder for my web site. Should I have put them some where else? I am really new to the HTML stuff.
