Multiple size boxes - How to keep them in one place?

I have one left side box and 2 on the right and I want them to stay in the same place all the time but I cannot figure it out. I read through the archieved section after going through the search box and managed to keep the one on at the top right but the other 2 that are around the same size keep alternating and sometime the left one is the same as the right one!

What I want is one the left under the catagory list the side box that says the address and on the right under the info I want the side box that says the phone number.

Also, can I take the headers for those 3 side boxes out? (the other one being the 60% off box).

P.S. I am going to take a look via the search but will ask here too... can the all products... and new products links be taken out of the catagory section as they are not required?

I have done the PS bit now! That was in layout settings.

I am still struggling to find an answer to this. I have messed about with things and read through most of the archieves but there doesn't seem to be an answer anywhere :no:
