Hyperlinks in header logo picture

Hi, I would like to add two active hyperlinks into my header logo picture. You can see it here: http://www.rctomik.eu. I would like to have the: **RC Tomik.EU **the first active hyperlink and the on-lineshops.eu the second active hyperlink.
But I do not know, how to make it. Can I youse the html MAP or someting else ?
Beacouse I am not good in PHP I would like to ask someone to wite me an example of active hyperlinks how to built it into my tpl_header.php.

Here is the current relative (based on your configure.php pointings) href for the logo:

You can alter the href to be another like:

Thank you very much for your help. More hyperlinks in one picture is possible to do like here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_map.asp or here http://www.scit.wlv.ac.uk/encyc/map.html. You need to define this area of the picture is this link. A yeras ago I used it to devide or county map to the regions on html page. But now I am not sure how to built in my php tpl_header code, beacouse I am startig with PHP bycoouase of this shop.
Do you think, it is possible to use the MAP html tag in my case ?
