New products for the month

I am in the process of designing my first Zen-cart project and I can't figure out how to do a couple of things.

First, I want to change the "New Products for Month" header to read "Featured Products". I realize that there is a featured products section, but I like the rotating feature of the new products. I found the headers definition section in english.php(?) and changed that from "new products......." to "featured products", but it didn't make any difference on the output page. Where do I need to make the change to effect that change.

Second, I would like the "New Products, center column" to only show a single row with multiple columns. I found the index listing in the admin section, but it only controls the number of columns per row, not the number of rows.

I am a total zen-cart newbie, but I have sure learned a lot over the last couple of weeks. I have been able to answer a lot of my questions with this forum and I'm sure you guys will have the answer to these too, so thanks in advance.

In the admin > maximum values - there is a "new products module" match the number there to the number that you set for columns and you then only get a single row
