How do I customise the sale wording?

What I want to do is change where it says save: (and the %) to say Discount then -(and the %)

I have included a screen shot of what it shows now:

and this is what I want it to show instead:

£152.00 (strike thru)
Sale: £60.78
Discount: -60%

It will be for everything as the whole shop will have the same discount all the time.

Can anyone help please? I tried using the developers toolkit to find it but no joy there and doesn't seem like anyone has asked the question before.
