placing information box in title header

OK, what we did doesn't actually work... well it works in FireFox, but not IE.

In FF, the information box we moved into the header area shows, but in IE it does not. It is not there at all. Just a blank space.

#headerWrapper{
height: 275px;

margin: 0em;
padding: 0em;
}

#navColumnOneWrapper {
margin: -235px 0.5em;

}

Any ideas????

thanks.
