Hi,
This is a really common problem because IE and Firefox/Mozilla calculate margins differently. Just Google the phrase "IE Mozilla margins problem" and you'll get an idea of what I mean. It drives webpage designers batty sometimes!
All you can really do is play with the margins and padding settings in your css file until you get the two displays looking close, but without a code hack it is almost impossible to get them to display exactly the same.
For the record, I looked at your site with Mozilla 1.7.1 and also IE6, and the two looked pretty much the same with the exception of a small difference in lefthand spacing in your righthand sidebox links.

If you've been in web development a while, you'll know that this is a problem that is not unique to ZC.
There are differences in how most browsers display the site. Keep a number of browsers available ... we also check in opera and netscape as well as the two most recent version of FF and IE.
Google Analytics has a great tool to help monitor what your site visitors are using. It will tell you the monitor resolution, the browser, and the speed connection (among many other userful tools.)
GA used to be $3K when it was owned by Urchin. An amazing tool to add to all ecomm sites. It's free!

Just a note of caution- while GA provides some wonderful statistics, it can slow your site down significantly.

one of the problems i experienced with ie6 and zc is, that ie does sometimes not like "<br style="clear:both">" tags (of which zc uses plenty).
using "<div style="clear:both"></div>" instead seem to work fine with ie & ff.
