Can Zen Cart Order number appear in PayPal?

Is it possible to send the Zen Cart order number into PayPal (currently using IPN) so that it appears in the PayPal records?

In my PayPal transaction details (on the PayPal site), I see:
Item Title: <store name> Purchase

If nothing else, can someone point me to the file/code line and a hack to put it in myself.

I am currently experiencing very large lag times between PayPal payment completion, and the order showing up in My admin interface.

This way, I at least have some way to go back and tie the two together.

Also, on a related note, is there any way to see an IPN order before PayPal gets around to doing the call back? It is a bummer to get an email that someone gave you money, and have no idea what they ordered!

It is not possible to send the ZC order number to paypal,
this number is only created after the order is returned from paypal,
