Help with ... Sales Message Goes Here

I'm sure this is and on going ? but ... I have searched forums and asked questions ... anyway I cannot figure out how to find where to edit this... I dont have a define_header.php option .... in my text editor or define pages editor... Maybe I'm over looking something here... :shocking:

You need to find the file header.php and open it in notepad or similar, to edit this text. It is located in the includes/langages/english folder.

Well, whatever I did really messed up my site.... how do i get to includes/languages/english folder.

Do you have Zen Cart set up on your PC? If so, You can find header.php in:
includes/languages/english/header.php

Well I got Zen Cart through BlueVode...I messed my site up so bad that I closed it and opened a new one. You said that I should be able to open the file I need in text editor ... the only thing I have in text editor is Plain Text and HTMLarea. I dont know maybay I just dont understand.:huh: ....blah

Download the latest version of Zen Cart to your PC unzip the files and you will have the complete distribution on your computer.

as for a text editor you can download Notepad ++ (it free)

You'll also need an FTP client FileZilla is a good choice (also free)

Plus if you need help There are a lot of people here on the forum more than willing to provide assistance.

... you do not open this file from within you cart, but locate the file in its folder on your PC (if it is stored locally) and open it from there :)

You guys are great help... Im so lost with this tho that I am going to get the new book...save the eye twitching for another time...:shocking: I will post the site after the book and I get it up and running ... :smartass:
