Urgent help required, site has died

My site has been up for 4 weeks with no issues, except that firefox users couldn't see anything.....that aside it has just died and I have a horrible page with the following message;

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/buxombel/public_html/shop/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_default.php on line 39

I haven't changed anything atall in the last few days and this has happened earlier today.

Any help much appreciated.

Could you check and make sure that file exists? Its possible (but unlikely) that your host had to restore a backup and it was a corrupt one.. ask your host if they have done anything in the past few weeks, as you did state it was working perfectly fine earlier

hi thanks for the quick reply, my host has been on it for the last 2 hours and says they have not changed anything, however, i suspect they have because I made some mods to my info box last weekend and it seems to have reverted to a previous state.
