v1.3.7 not resizing images properly

Hi,

I installed v1.3.7 and when i add products to the catalog, the images dont get resized to _MED and _LRG, it just makes the original image smaller like the old way... check this link and look how jagged the images look:

I have everything enabled in the images side of admin so im not sure what could be causing this, any ideas?

I am having this same problem. Does anyone know whats going on here?

You are using an image that is:
600px x 450px and 191KB

Then you squish it down to 250 x 188 on the product _info page as the medium image ...

Then ... squish it down to 250 x 150 on the listings ...

This will make for iccky images and a waste of banned width as well as a very slow draw on the site ...

My were working fine in 1.27, but when I upgraded, they stopped working. Thinking it might be the template I'm using I switched to classic, and had no luck. I made sure that "Show Product Additional Images" was set to "true", I checked to make sure the files were "CHMOD 777", and my files are as so

images/file.jpg
images/medium/file.jpg_MED
images/large/filesku.jpg

I know that the large is different from default but I changed the default to sku.

All of this was working fine in 1.27

Is there anything else I can check?
