Offering different prices with out having to list different products

My friend would like to know if she is able to offer the same product in different sizes therefore different prices.
How do I set that up without having a separate product?
Like right now I have separate products in the Vinyl on Tiles section for finished product and lettering only. I would like to have in under the same thing but have a drop down menu option for lettering only.

Do a search on "attributes." This is the mechanism that is used.
