So your saying that the 17.5% is the wrong value? Because the subtotal was correct when I added the tax percentage to the price.

Well, I'm going to go ahead and assume that 17.5% is high.

I figure you're looking for 1.75%, which means that it's a decimal place issue. Simply go into your admin, Location/Taxes menu, Tax Rates and move type in the correct amount.

no the price excluding tax (ex) is the same as included tax (inc)
