If you mean change the spelling of an Option Name or Option Value where these are already added to Products ...

You can just Edit them in the Option Names Manager or Options Values Manager ... :smartass:

If you mean something else ... you are going to have to really expand on your question as I haven't a clue what you are asking ... :cry:
