HELP new password does not work!!!

HELP!

I have changed my admin-username and password and now I can't log in!
I asked for a random new password and it doesn't work!

Now I'm not sure what my current admin-name is and password!
HELP ME PLEASE
What do I have to do to get my name and password back???

Please give me a respons.
