How to do Attributes Qty Price Discount?

Hello,

I want to apply a quantity discount in Attibutes Controller. How can I do it? How to put in the numbers if I want to do 7% off of order quanitity of 48, and 14% off the order quanitity of 72 or more.

One thing that helps a lot with these types of questions is to install a play directory with a play database and the demo products ...
