customer getting cheaper shipping than they should
I have set up my first shop and had my first customer, problem being they got very cheap shipping. If I log in using my testing account I created I order the same 2 products and get the correct $8.34 shipping but the actual customer got $3.80 which is the handling fee only. The perunitweight for the heavier item doesn't seem to have been added. What could cause this?
