Very bizzare problem 403 access denied when add to cart

Less than 24 hours ago all was fine, now when I use the add to cart button to add any product to the cart I get a 403 access denied error. I had directory listing switched off so I turned that back on, no difference. I have no idea! Any thoughts?

Problem solved. Was up too late the other night and wrote some bad code.
